changed the studentlivefragment to enable toggeling the break-request button without time restrictions ## server is informed about every state change

added 'pause'-feature in studentlivefragment (button and logic for requesting), readerfeedbackfragment (view for displaying the request of a break); furthermore the network handling logic was extended; a test with an initially request for a break was sucessfull (by means of the GUI behavior) but all API calls result in exceptions (i.e. 'org.apache.http.client.HttpResponseException: Internal Server Error')

- enable send button again after success
- deactivate answer button after success
- don't set background color programmatically
